Do you install laminated treads/ risers? |

We can install laminated stairs (treads and risers), but avoiding this job and that is why: - the labor cost will be the same as for solid wood or hardwood (with finishing) - what is the point for wasting your money??? - laminated floor is pastik wood with no chance to refinish it later. Any hard object can leave a scratch or dent, despite laminated floor hardness - laminated treads are not safe - very slippery. - too bulky mouldings (overlap bullnoses, trim, etc.) |

If you choose option with our material included - material delivery is our own responsibility. If material is purchased by Customer and he needs an assistance in delivery - we can do it but each case should be discuss individually (depending on distance and material quantity). |

How many coats of finish are to be applied when refinishing? |

At least 3 coat: 1 coat of sealer and two coats of finish. For heavy traffic areas 4-6 coats. |

How much dust is there in my house after refinishing job? |

Our machines (drum sander, buffer and edge sander) vacuums as they're sanding. 95% of dust get straight to dust bags on machines and then being disposed. We also seal all doorways with plastic, vacuume each room throughly making sure your home is left as neat as possible in the inside as well as the outside. Though this is not a totally dustless process and some fine dust could be found around when the job is completed. |
