For sanding/refinishing jobs we required a 1/2 down on the 1st day of work and the rest when completion. For installation if we are buying the wood floors we required 1/2 down when scheduling the job. We accept checks made out to Aprel Flooring Inc. or cash.

We do NOT move any furniture. We are not insured against furnature damages so removal will be your responsability.
How long does it take for the floor to dry?

The curing time depends on whether conditions outside and inside the house (room temperature, humidity) and finish type. Under favourable conditions for Oil-base finish if usually takes about 12 hours to dry before you can walk on the floor (nothing heavy can be placed on the floor at that time) and at least 72 hours before you can put any heavy furniture on it. As for water-base finish under favourable conditions it takes at least 6 hours before you can walk (nothing heavy can be placed on the floor at that time) and at least 72 hours to move the furniture in.
